We want our guests’ experience at Funtivity to be safe and enjoyable family-friendly entertainment. For us the ensure this, we would like to ask our guests to adhere to our house rules.

HOUSE RULES

• Loud and/or abusive language and bullying will not be tolerated.
• Cutting in line is prohibited.
• No pets of any kind are allowed in the store except for service animals.
• Guests under the age of 16 require a grown-up guardian with them at all times (up to 6 underage individuals per guardian).
• Loitering and/or solicitation is prohibited.
• No open carry-on firearms are permitted except by sworn law enforcement personnel.
• All persons and belongings are subject to search. Any unapproved items will be confiscated.
• Anyone caught vandalizing Funtivity’s property will. be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. (Penal Code Sec 594)
• Funtivity WILL NOT be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS

• All outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited (except in the birthday parties area)
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside of the party rooms.
• No smoking on the premises, including vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. No pipe, cigar smoking, snuff, or chewing tobacco.

DRESS CODE

• All guests must wear shirts and shoes.
• No clothing with profanity and/or objectionable artwork.
• We do not allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Failure to comply with any of the policies above may result in ejection from the store without refund or credit.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RECORDING

We understand that video recording and taking photos is a part of capturing wonderful memories and enjoying your stay at Funtivity. We encourage our guests to make and share memories in a fun, social environment. However, we kindly request that our guests adhere to the following policies regarding the use of cameras at our location in order to maintain a safe, fun space for everyone:

• For any commercial photography and filming purposes including – but not limited to – online broadcast, journalism, print media, etc., permission from Funtivity’s manager must be obtained in advance. The manager will review a request for permission at their discretion.
• Request for permission to film or photograph unfair playing advantages or foul play will not be permitted.
• Express permission is required for the filming or photography of other guests or staff members. For instance, video recording another guest playing a game or a staff member adjusting the crane games.
• No use of tripods or other equipment, which might interfere with the ability of other guests to enjoy their Funtivity’s experience, without prior written permission.
• We reserve the right to revoke permission to film or take photos at any time for any reason.

Should a guest fail to comply with our policy, including any arrangements which are put in place under it by a representative of Funtivity, we reserve the right to take action as necessary and pursue any other legal rights available to us.
